Tips:

Coffee experts strongly recommend vacuum storage as the best way to keep cofee at its optimal freshness.
Tea must be stored correctly to maintain freshness. Excessive heat, odors, moistures or exposure can forever change the character of your tea. When the tea is stored in optimal settings, the tea will stay at their optimal freshness until consumed.
White Tea: 1 year
Green Tea: 1 year
Oolong Tea: 1-2 years (although some rare, expensive oolong tea can last for several years)
Black Tea: 2 years
Pu-erh Tea: Improves with age, some excellent Pu-erh teas last for several years.
